In December 2017, Natalia Rudiak, Ashleigh Deemer, and Chelsa Wagner launched Women for the Future of Pittsburgh at a rocking Launch Party in East Liberty. The event spanned the neighborhood starting at Dinette, Sonja Finn's innovative Neapolitan pizza restaurant, and concluding hours later at The Ace Hotel.
