As 2020 comes to a close and we reflect on the past 12 months -- our successes, our bumps in the road, and our changed plans to suit a new reality -- we are so grateful for your continuing support of Women for the Future Pittsburgh. Thank you!
We not only saw the election of the first Black and South Asian woman to the Vice Presidency of the United States, but you helped to send more progressive Democratic women than ever before from Allegheny County to represent us in Harrisburg!
This year, your generosity allowed us to support the best progressive women’s electoral aspirations in the region. 160 gifts ranging from $1 to $1,000 from 85 donors totaling more than $10,000 allows us to continue to support critical state and municipal level races that don’t always get attention, but we know are vital to creating and sustaining a pipeline of talented progressive women in Western Pennsylvania to change the conversation in the state capitol and in our cities, townships, and boroughs.
We’re looking forward to continuing to build a more vibrant, bold, and energetic region.
